Registration Fee: $30.00 Book Usage Fee (optional): $20.00
Registration/Orientation classes are held at: Ogden Adult Education,
455 28th Street (former Lewis School building), Ogden, Utah
Tuesdays @ 9:00 am and 3:30 pm
This process will take approximately 3 hours.
YOU MUST BRING TO REGISTRATION:
1. $30 registration fee.
2. Proof of Utah Residency. (Driver's license, ID card, phone/utility bill, library card, pay stub, etc.)
3. Your high school transcript.
5. Copies of any certificates or licenses you hold for elective credit.
6. A Drop Slip is required for UTAH students 16 to 18 years old (if their class has not graduated).
